Databox, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer.
The Team
Our Product and Engineering team has over 50 members with extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics. We build our product and features from scratch using the latest technologies. The role of a Senior QA Engineer is perfect for you if you are ready to take on the challenge of building and improving a product that is loved by thousands of customers worldwide. It also extends to the possibility of the Lead QA Engineer role.

Mentoring, code reviews, writing tests, and engaging in blameless postmortems are only some of our core engineering principles. The Role
The ideal candidate has experience in software testing, building and maintaining automated tests, writing test cases, and basic coding experience.
The Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a QA and web technologies related field
- Hands-on experience with any test automation tool (i.e. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Eggplant, etc.)
- Coding experience to write and maintain automated tests
- A critical view on new feature implementations and existing development processes
- A sharp eye and attention to detail
- Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and work independently
- Team and solution-oriented
Nice to have
- Experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience of managing/leading a QA team (necessary for the Lead QA position)
