The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who understands the critical role of both individual and collaborative effort in delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs.
As a vital member of our Global Team, you will contribute directly to our Enterprise Software (ESS) product group, supporting a comprehensive solution encompassing mobile, web, and backend components.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Help build and ensure the quality of a modern, enterprise-grade SaaS solution leveraging a microservice architecture, containerized with Docker and orchestrated by Kubernetes.
Drive continuous improvement in software quality through the implementation of cutting-edge testing practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines for testing, and a culture of shared responsibility for production stability.
Contribute to the creation of effective test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
Support Development Teams to develop technology roadmaps, ensuring quality and testing are integral to feature roadmaps and strategic objectives.
Actively support release management processes and provide expert troubleshooting for production issues.
Participate in cross-functional Agile teams, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, with a focus on quality assurance.
Share knowledge and experience with team members to foster a culture of quality.
Your Background:
At least 5-8 years of experience as a software quality assurance engineer.
Experience in designing and executing tests for scalable, high-performance solutions and services.
Proven expertise in a modern technology stack and frameworks, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure).
Proficiency in modern testing methodologies and hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Python, PyTest, and Cypress.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
