Join our Quality Assurance team in CX which works with multiple departments to ensure our software meets the highest standards. You'll be part of a working group that values quality and strives for continuous improvement through collaboration and new ideas.

Get to Know the Role 

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will conduct manual quality assurance checks and automated test scripts to ensure software quality. You'll also troubleshoot issues in software and implement automated testing strategies and tools. You'll collaborate with tech, product, and business teams, and mentor your teammates to help achieve the team's goals.

You will be working onsite at our Jakarta Head Office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will provide functional and regression testing for iOS, Android, backend
• You will develop automated test scripts using automation frameworks, maintaining and enhancing these scripts.
• You will implement both manual and automated functional and regression test cases, maintaining automated test scripts.
• You will debug failed test cases and report defects with clear details to lead closure.
• You will work with developers, product owners, test leads, and engineers to improve testing efficiencies and expand test coverage.
• You will provide test estimates, record, report defects to depict the status of the sprint and system stability.
• You will report to the Engineering Manager of the team

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Testing: 3+ or more years of experience in the same position.
• Automation Testing: 1+ years of experience developing automation test scripts for mobile app, and API testing.
• Database Skills: Practical experience with SQL for database testing.
• API Testing: Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Test Methodologies: understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
• Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, JBehave, and Serenity.
• Scripting and Debugging: Ability to debug failed test cases and report defects.
• Privacy and Security: Ability to include privacy and security guidelines as part of test cases.
