OVERVIEW:
To succeed in this challenging journey, we have set up multiple co-located teams across the globe (Hyderabad, US, Europe), embracing the scaled agile framework, a Micro Services approach combined with the DevOps model. We have passionate engineers working full time on this new platform in Hyderabad and it’s only the beginning. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in testing and validating our AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure the reliability and performance of our AI applications.
- Lead QA efforts to deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test using leading-edge automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber and API Testing
- Build reusable prototypes with out-of-the-box thinking
- Working along with different squads to create and maintain a robust QA framework
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in different Automation frameworks.
- Gathering requirements, automation design, technical leadership, support API automation capabilities.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of overall Testing experience in Product development organization, preferably in testing AI or machine learning applications.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, current age AI technologies and frameworks (Generative AI, RAG, Langchain and LLM technologies, AI Agents and frameworks and prompt engineering)
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in Developing, Create, prioritize, and organize test cases into logical suites for execution for Web/mobile applications
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Experience with code versioning tools, preferably Git (Github, Gitlab etc.) and the feature branch workflow
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
