- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios for web applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to improve efficiency, consistency, and coverage.
- Validate front-end components, user interactions, APIs, backend functionality, and data integrity across integrations.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and identify quality risks.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Help engineers identify defect root causes and prevent recurring issues.
- Contribute to test strategy, coverage analysis, and QA process improvements.
- Support regression testing and release validation.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid professional QA experience testing complex web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Experience developing or maintaining automated tests using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience designing test cases, documenting defects, and managing test execution.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with performance, accessibility, or security testing.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud-based testing environments; experience improving QA processes within small development teams.
