Senior QA Engineer

We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home.  Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.    

QAD is seeking a Sr QA Engineer to support the continuous validation and quality of Champion Assist and its AI/ML capabilities. The role will design, execute and maintain end-to-end test scenarios, exploratory tests, automated regression suites and AI evaluations to validate functional behavior, response accuracy, relevance and overall user experience. The QA Engineer will identify and analyze issues, validate fixes, and continuously strengthen test and evaluation coverage as the product evolves.

Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain end-to-end business scenarios and regression tests (particularly for Champion Assist with ~20 agents evolving continuously).
• Validate agent responses for correctness, relevance, and consistency, not only technical functionality.
• Identify cross-agent, integration, and edge-case issues.
• Feed findings back into Engineering and continuously enrich the automated eval/regression suites.
• Re-test fixes and validate the overall user experience as the products evolve.

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related
• Experience: 3-5 years of testing experience, web testing is a plus.
• Computer skills: Knowledge of automation testing tools, concepts and methodologies of QA, Programming experience is a plus, Experience with an automated testing tool (Selenium, TestComplete, etc.)
• Other knowledge: Good communication / documentation skills, Able to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to product changes, Experience in working with global teams preferred, multiple products, multiple release environments desirable
