What you’ll achieve
We are looking for a Quality Principal Engineer with strong technical and operational skills to lead and manage a large QA lab environment while supporting QTE automation needs. This role combines hands-on QA expertise with infrastructure ownership and close collaboration across QTE, DevOps, lab team and development teams.
You will:
Manage a large QA lab, responsible for developing and maintain QA AI agents which managing a large QA lab, including hardware utilization, availability, stability, and compliance. Set lab priorities and allocate resources according to QTE testing and automation needs.
Work in close collaboration across QTE, DevOps, lab, and development teams to align priorities and execution. Design, define, maintain, and continuously improve Jenkins-based CI/CD infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and QTE automation pipelines. Support test execution, MCP tools, certification flows, and automation reliability.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of lab and test infrastructure. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps in lab operations and pipelines, and proactively drive solutions.

Essential Requirements
8+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or test infrastructure roles.
Proven experience managing complex QA labs and test environments.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Groovy, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of QTE frameworks and automation workflows.
Experience working closely with DevOps and development teams.
Drive continuous improvement in the QTE lab utilization, execution efficiency, automation coverage. Strong prioritization, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with hardware-based testing, certification labs, or system-level testing.
Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence without direct authority
