Role Overview
Seeking a creative, open-minded Test Automation Engineer to perform automated testing of financial software. Responsible for the execution of all Quality Assurance testing objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently or in a cross-functional team in multitasking and dynamic environment. A good understanding of financial industry or services is a big plus.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using chosen tools
Create and maintain frameworks and tools for automated testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Monitor and analyze test results, logging defects, and coordinating with development teams for resolution.
Ensure rapid delivery of software updates by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering skills development and promoting best practices.
Configuring and maintaining job/build pipelines
Create and maintain documentation related to automated tests
Your Profile
3+ years’ experience on automated tests developing
5+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance
Strong programming language knowledge (C#/Python/Javascript)
Strong CI\CD knowledge
Basic SQL Server and Transact SQL skills
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Good analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements
Good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in performance testing, including setting up, maintaining, and executing performance tests (e.g., with JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven testing tools or practical experience working on projects involving AI technologies
Familiar with containerization/virtualization
