Location - Gurgaon
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation (Playwright)/ Functional Tester to join our Client Data CRM/UCR team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and a dedication to ensuring the highest quality of software products. Knowledge of MS Dynamics will be considered as a valuable asset.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain Automation scripts
Experience with automation testing using Playwright
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Perform thorough manual testing to identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure issues are understood, prioritized, and resolved.
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify, document, and track defects.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, defects, and testing status.
Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior testers as needed.
Your Profile
5-10 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and Agile Ceremonies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.
Experience with automation testing using Selenium C#
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM.

Skills Required
- 7-12 years of experience in Automation Testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with NUnit or MSTest
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, UI, and API testing
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts and frameworks
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Working knowledge of Git
- Experience with SQL for database validation
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber or SpecFlow)
- CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab CI
- API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
- Performance testing with JMeter or LLM performance tools
- AI / LLM testing expertise (DeepEval, TruLens, OpenAI Evals, RAGAS, LangTest, Giskard, Promptfoo, MLflow, Deepchecks)
- Nice to have: MS Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge
