About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will drive both manual and automated testing efforts while contributing to continuous quality improvements.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites.
  • Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements.
  • Review business and technical requirements to ensure consistency, completeness, and testability.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through to resolution.
  • Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability and quality.
  • Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve development processes.

Requirements
  •  7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control is a must, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
  • Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems.
  • Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
