You'll work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to build automation, testing strategy, and business validation practices that make shipping software reliable, fast, and business-aligned. What you'll do
- Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain regression and functional test suites, ensuring quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations (orders, payments, financial and transactional processes) across frontend, APIs, and backend systems
- Partner with stakeholders to support UAT, identify gaps, and drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams
What you bring
- 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to have
- SAP integrations (SOAP services)
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
- Performance testing experience
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
Skills Required
