You enjoy leading automation initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Strong experience automating mobile applications using WebDriverIO.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript programming skills.
- Experience automating REST APIs.
- Experience testing authentication flows, including OAuth, JWT, and token management.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git and working within Agile development environments.
- Proven experience leading QA automation initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Experience with mobile banking applications is highly desirable.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain API automation using Playwright.
- Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using WebDriverIO.
- Develop scalable automation solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Validate REST APIs, authentication flows, and token management processes.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery.
- Lead QA automation initiatives and promote automation best practices across engineering teams.
- Mentor QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- 5+ years of QA Automation experience.
- Strong experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with REST API Automation and CI/CD integration.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
