Senior QA Automation Engineer (Arabic)

Job Brief
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a proven track record of building and maintaining automation frameworks, including frameworks like Cypress and Selenium. In this role, you will be responsible for converting test scenarios to automated test cases and ensuring they are integrated and executed reliably in the CI/CD environments. You will perform functional and non-functional testing to support the development team and participate in reviewing requirements and specifications during sprint planning. Our ideal candidate will have at least Four years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, specifically with Cypress and Selenium. You will have experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting issues thoroughly during bugs tracking and be able to work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. You will estimate, priorities, plan, and coordinate testing activities during SDLC and work independently to define and perform QA efforts in an Agile team.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Own e2e QA activity (manual and automation test) for the team associated with.
• Strong Core Java fundamentals.
• Converting test scenarios to automated test cases
• Ensuring that automated tests are integrated and executed reliably in the CI/CD environments
• Performing functional and non-functional testing to support the development team
• Participating in reviewing requirements and specifications during sprint planning
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimating, prioritising, planning, and coordinating testing activities during SDLC
• Working as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting issues thoroughly during bugs tracking
• Acting independently to define and perform QA efforts in an Agile team
• Documenting software issues and enhancement requests and assisting development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the defects found while performing manual, functional, integration, and regression tests

Required Skills & Experience:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• At least four years of professional experience in QA Automation Engineering, with hands-on experience in writing test automation using Selenium and Appium.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software.
• Experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and documenting issues thoroughly during bug tracking.
• Ability to independently define and perform QA efforts in an Agile team.
• Practical experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Ability to estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities during SDLC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
