A Day in the Life:
- Partner with client QA leadership and delivery teams to evolve test strategy, improve quality outcomes, and drive alignment across multiple workstreams
- Design and implement automated test frameworks using .NET technologies to support scalable, reliable, and maintainable test coverage
- Use modern AI tooling to generate, optimize, and expand test cases to accelerate coverage and release confidence
- Lead complex integration testing across multiple dependent systems, including sales, construction, procurement, and finance platforms
- Proactively design test scenarios from requirements and user stories, identifying gaps, risks, and edge cases early in the delivery lifecycle
- Apply risk-based testing techniques to prioritize high-impact workflows and mission-critical functionality
- Identify and mitigate hidden dependencies and fragile areas within legacy systems to prevent costly production defects
- Validate data integrity across system boundaries, ensuring accuracy of financial, inventory, and downstream reporting workflows
- Translate test results into clear business risk insights to support confident release decisions
- Mentor and coach QA engineers to strengthen automation practices, test design, and overall quality maturity
- Collaborate across 3–4 dependent teams to remove blockers and drive shared accountability for quality
- Introduce pragmatic improvements to testing processes that increase speed and quality
