Senior QA Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Our growing team is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality, data-driven products to customers. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will ensure that our data pipelines, dashboards, and software solutions meet the highest standards. Your work will not only support our Engineering and Product Management teams but also enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics capabilities.

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance for software and data analytics, including test creation, development and implementation of test plans, validation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting systems.
• Define data quality KPIs and test metrics to measure system performance and business insights.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs through comprehensive testing.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to plan BI testing strategies, ensuring that data-driven features are aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain QA documentation for BI systems, ensuring clear guidelines for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data transformations, visualization tools, and machine learning models.
• Implement best practices for BI testing, including automated data integrity checks, anomaly detection, and validation scripts.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure end-to-end data quality from ingestion to reporting.
• Support customer-witnessed testing, ensuring that external stakeholders can rely on our analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support the QA Analysts team in manual testing of the regular apps.

• 4-6 years of experience handling QA deliverables on projects involving BI, data analytics, and software validation.
• Strong background in testing Web, Cloud, Mobile, Data, and Machine Learning applications.
• The ability to collaborate and contribute to cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment.
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), SQL, and ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in testing data transformations, API integrations, and analytics platforms.
• A strong collaborator with software engineers, product managers, and data teams to resolve data and development challenges.

• Experience with Code Coverage, Static Analysis tools, and Data Validation frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data storage and processing.
• Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated data testing tools.
• Knowledge of big data technologies, machine learning testing, and scalable analytics solutions.
