Must-have Skills 

• Strong experience with Python and AWS.
• Strong experience with Event-Driven architecture.
• Hands-on with NoSQL DB (preferably Elasticsearch).
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in server-side development with Node.js, including building APIs and Microservices.
• AWS: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Full English proficiency.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
