N-iX is seeking a Senior Software Developer in the AI Services to join our team.
N-iX is a software development service company with a 22-year history. We leverage talent to serve Fortune 500 companies and tech startups. N-iX operates in nine countries and employs over 2,000 professionals.
About the project: Our client is an established market leader, who has been processing over 18 million vehicle claims per year since 2002 with more than 1,000 employees worldwide. They combine AI-based processes and the latest technologies with the knowledge of our automotive experts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions in Python and C# in the field of artificial intelligence and
machine learning
- Conceptualize and test scalable applications and services that meet the requirements of our
customers
- Work closely with Data Scientists and other Developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into
existing systems
- Analyze and optimize the performance of our AI-Applications to maximize their efficiency and
effectiveness
- Apply your expertise and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our
development processes and methods
Requirements:
- A degree in IT, physics, mathematics, or a related field
- Five years of experience in software development
- Three or more years of experience in development with Python and C#
- Extensive experience in hosting AI models, as well as a basic understanding of machine learning and SQL
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and stay well-organized, good team player
- Experience with Python (NumPy, OpenCV, FastAPI) and C# (Entity Framework Core,
ASP.NET Core), AWS ML services, DevOps (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, NVIDIA Triton) and backend development (REST API, OpenAPI, Swagger)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in LLM frameworks such as Haystack/LangChain, PyTorch as well as good in written and spoken German
