Join us as a Senior Python Developer.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Manage and enhance an existing suite of backend applications built across diverse Python frameworks and technology stacks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and clients to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs.
Contribute to architectural decisions, performance tuning, and implementation of best practices for reliability, security, and maintainability.

Desired Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in backend software development using Python 3.x.
Strong expertise in Python frameworks for Data, ORM, and Web Service layers.
Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture Principles (e.g., microservices, layered architecture).
Proficient in SQL — able to write and optimize queries for databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Strong experience with message brokers, particularly Apache Kafka, or other messaging systems.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing server-side Python applications in containerized or cloud environments — OpenShift preferred; AWS or Azure experience also acceptable.
Practical experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, unittest, or nose, and a strong understanding of TDD principles.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, and experience with Docker-based builds.
Experience with ML and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn - particularly for building, integrating, or optimizing data-driven backend features.
Comfortable with Linux/Unix systems and scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills — including performance profiling, log analysis, and root-cause diagnosis.
Nice to Have
Exposure to data modeling, ETL workflows, or data pipelines.
Background or interest in Machine Learning, AI, or data-driven applications beyond backend integration.
Familiarity with test automation tools
Understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL API design best practices
