Zoom is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Analyst to join our People Analytics team. Situated within the IT department and dedicated to supporting the People Experience (PX) team, our People Analytics team specializes in Tableau development, data engineering, and deep analysis. We leverage these capabilities to transform disparate people data into actionable insights, enabling our PX team to make informed and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends and predict employee outcomes

Lead complex People Analytics research projects from inception to completion

Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gather valuable insights

Create and deliver actionable insight presentations for executive-level audiences

Provide expert guidance on People Analytics best practices and methodologies
Qualifications:
-
Advanced degree in I/O Psychology
-
7-10 years of experience in people analytics
-
5+ yrs proficiency in SQL
-
5+ yr in statistical analysis using Python or R
-
Proven experience in survey design, administration, and analysis
-
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to executives
Nice to Haves :
- Experience working with Workday data

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97 600,00
Maximum:
$225 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
