We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Purview specialist with a proven track record of delivering compliance projects for clients who’s ready to own and develop our Purview capability as the agentic landscape evolves.
What you'll do
You'll work on Microsoft Purview and compliance implementations end-to-end – from architecture and deployment to use case optimisation – with a particular focus on agentic adoption.
You'll be the person who drives the Purview agenda on behalf of an ambitious team, working across industries with organisations that are serious about data security and compliance.
In this role, you'll own:
Design, deployment, and optimisation of Microsoft Purview solutions, including Data Classification, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Risk Management
Development of data protection policies, automation workflows, and compliance reporting tailored to client requirements
Assessment and reporting on the maturity of client data security and compliance deployments
Definition and creation of operational and executive compliance dashboards and reports
Integration activities across Microsoft Purview and the broader Microsoft 365 compliance ecosystem
You'll also collaborate closely with other engineers on the team, contribute to R&D activities, and support managed service customers in maintaining and maturing their data security practices.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with at least three years of hands-on experience enabling security and compliance technologies in a Microsoft environment. Beyond that, you'll bring:
Strong experience with Microsoft Purview across Data Classification, Information Protection, DLP, and Insider Risk Management
Hands-on experience implementing sensitivity labels, retention policies, and DLP rules
Knowledge of data governance principles within the Microsoft ecosystem
Current Microsoft certifications in compliance and security – or a willingness to obtain them within 90 days
Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
We don't expect you to know everything. Purview and the agentic space are moving fast, and that's part of what makes this role interesting. What matters most is that you want to own it.
To be a great fit for The Tech Collective, it will be a bonus if you bring:
Knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows, including cybersecurity risk considerations
Understanding of Zero Trust principles as applied to data security
Experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance reporting
Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, or equivalent
What we offer
On top of a competitive salary and bonus package, you'll join a tight team of experts and enthusiasts who take both craft and collaboration seriously. We invest in your development – through training, conferences, and the space to pursue research in areas you're passionate about.
We combine remote work with meaningful co-working at our offices in Copenhagen and will provide you with the tooling and hardware required to reach our goal of building a unique red team platform.
