What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a rising star in product public relations to drive the company’s innovation narrative in the market. The ideal candidate is currently working at a high growth cybersecurity company, has exceptional writing skills and is held in high regard by their product marketing and product management peers. This newly created position will play a key role in managing SentinelOne’s reputation and brand both in its established categories like modern endpoint protection (EDR and XDR), as well emerging market opportunities like generative AI, cloud security (CNAPP), AI SIEM, hyper-automation, and identity threat detection and response (ITDR). Additionally, as SentinelOne doubles down on the technology, managed services and channel ecosystem, this role will lead key global partner PR efforts. A deep understanding of the cybersecurity market is a must, as are a technical acumen, agency management experience, and a company and team first mentality.
What will you do?

- Lead product PR strategy: Collaborate with company leadership, product marketing and product management to create and execute a comprehensive PR and communication strategy that drives SentinelOne’s innovation narrative in the market.
- Craft differentiated innovation storylines: Uplevel product messaging to create compelling and consistent external themes within our target markets.
- Create, maintain and nurture media relationships: In partnership with other members of the PR team and SentinelOne’s global agency network, build and curate a targeted network of journalists to secure consistent earned media coverage.
- Build and empower a product and technology spokesperson bench: Build and train a network of local spokespeople to complement the corporate bench of experts.
- Write press releases and other innovation-focused content: Distill and translate product and category-related news into compelling written content.
What Skills And Knowledge Should You Bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in high-tech, B2B public relations, with at least 3-5 years supporting cybersecurity companies.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry required, with specific endpoint and cloud security experience a plus.
- Proven track record of crafting strong and differentiated storylines and positioning.
- Exceptionally strong writing skills.
- Experience and proven track record managing PR programs and agency teams regionally and globally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth, face-paced environments.
- Equally strong at managing up and across organizations, especially when it comes to collaborative planning and program-level reporting.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some
locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$140,000—$193,000 USD
