Responsibilities:
    • Builds and maintains productive client relationships, including serving as a day-to-day contact
    • Builds and maintains strong relationships within the agency, including with the creative, social, media, and client leadership teams 
    • Identifies key media contacts and influencers relevant to accounts and client needs
    • Manages media and influencer relationships, accounts, and project activities
    • Executes influencer outreach and negotiations and builds earned media relationships
    • Communicates and delivers earned media and influencer campaigns built with strategic objectives and amplification for brand channels 
    • Supports onsite execution of activations with influencers and media, including client, vendor, and partner relationships 
    • Utilizes media and influencer monitoring and research tools; identifies appropriate measures to evaluate the success of a major project, campaign or event
    • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of, and follows, best practices and trends for PR and influencer industries 
    • Responds professionally to client and colleague communications
    • Prepares for client or internal meetings by creating and/or informing agendas, preparing meeting space, and capturing next steps/notes
    • Provides insight on trends and changes in the media and influencer landscapes for clients
    • Counsels clients and agency partners on newsworthiness of topics, issues, and ideas
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and work on a team collaboratively
  • Impeccable attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
  • Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown and plan ahead
  • Media relations experience, including pitching national, regional, local, and trade news media and securing interviews and coverage for clients
  • Influencer relations experience, including influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, and content creation
