Responsible for the payer enrollment and revalidation processes for clinicians of Netsmart clients.
Responsibilities

Complete timely provider enrollment and revalidation process; monitor enrollment status and perform all follow-up actions as needed.

Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses

Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations

Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals

Work with complex or first-of-a-kind clients to complete provider enrollment

Train and provide knowledge transfer to other associates

Assist in auditing of payer rosters and enrollment statuses
Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma, GED
-
At least 3 years provider enrollment experience

Proficiency with CAQH and in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Active Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
