Let’s Talk about the Role
The Senior Proposals Manager will lead the end-to-end commercial proposal process for complex, large-scale energy projects, ensuring our technical and commercial offerings are competitive and deliverable.
You will act as the strategic lead for tender submissions, orchestrating cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into winning technical and commercial narratives. By managing the proposal lifecycle—from initial inquiry to contract handover—you will ensure our solutions are both innovative and executable, positioning GE Vernova as a leader in the global energy transition.

Leading high-stakes, complex tender cycles, coordinating diverse internal functions to deliver high-quality, on-time technical and commercial bids.
Building winning commercial strategies by balancing target-winning pricing with robust technical execution plans and rigorous risk management.
Creating differentiated value propositions by exploring innovative technical and sourcing alternatives that provide a competitive edge.
Collaborating with sales and account teams to deeply understand customer requirements and negotiate winning contract conditions.
Improving our success rates through thorough win/loss analysis and the implementation of best-practice bidding tools and processes.
Developing optimized project cash-out strategies by working closely with our sourcing and supply partners.

An understanding of EPC turnkey business models and the dynamics of the Grid Solutions market.
An expertise in tender management and commercial contract negotiation.
A keen interest in driving sustainable energy solutions and continuous process improvement.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
