Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic goals into actionable projects and programs that drive company transformation and operational efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional transformational projects or strategic initiatives.
- Be responsible for the project success, coordinate and align project stakeholders, lead the project team.
- Define scope, success metrics, and detailed project plans; manage timelines, resources, risks, and interdependencies.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including tracking risks, issues, changes, and escalations.
- Lead project meetings, set milestones, develop and manage timelines and resource plans to ensure project goals are met.
- Assess project risks and benefits, and provide clear and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively identify and remove organizational blockers to ensure executional momentum.
- Own accountability, update senior leaders (CEO, C-level, VPs), translate project execution into strategic insights, and align teams with top management.
- Use structured, data-driven insights to support decision-making and proactively navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with external consultants and vendors where needed to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management practices and culture.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of proven success managing complex, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects with measurable business impact.
- Sees Project Management as structured, proactive leadership — not just administration.
- Expertise in one or several domains: corporate, product, strategic & transformational, anti-crisis, process optimisation, financial, or integration projects.
- Experience in both startups (tech/digital/SaaS/fintech) and large organizations.
- Proven ability to drive change in multi-country, multi-business matrix environments with legacy systems and scaling challenges.
- Strong systems thinker; brings clarity and structure to ambiguity.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving contexts; flexible and adaptive.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitation, including C-level engagement.
- Independent, proactive, highly organized, and solution-driven; leads with ownership and confidence.
- Solid command of modern goal-setting and project management tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Consulting background, strategic planning experience, change management expertise, or project/program management certifications are a plus.
