Role Summary:
The Senior Project Manager is a multifaceted project manager responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital touchpoints, including websites, CRM, direct response media, social, and PR. The role requires an innovative problem-solver capable of delivering high-pressure launch initiatives on time and within budget, aligned with strategic goals.
This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
Role:
- Lead annual campaign calendars in partnership with regional stakeholders, ensuring a unified view of publishing moments across digital platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end production from concept to launch, serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams.
- Define and manage comprehensive project timelines while proactively mitigating risks to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across integrated campaigns and manage stakeholder reviews and external agency briefs.
- Lead asset localisation across APAC, triaging feedback to balance local nuances with budget and schedule constraints.
- Execute site-wide merchandising using CMS tools and develop regional playbooks to establish best practices and optimise workflows.
- Own the hands-on build and publishing of digital content, collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot CMS-related issues.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for merchandising tools, driving continuous tool improvements through collaboration with Martech and Product teams.
- Analyse post-launch metrics and compile comprehensive reporting decks to inform future regional and global campaign strategies.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally within the technology sector or at global multinational corporations
- Robust project management expertise, demonstrating the capacity to oversee multiple concurrent workstreams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders across diverse regions, including Japan, India, Australia, the US, Taiwan, and Singapore.
- Solid background in e-commerce marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and user experience best practices.
- Accomplished self-starter with extensive experience interfacing with and aligning multiple cross-functional teams.
- Technical proficiency in AI and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Gemini), or the aptitude to rapidly master new technologies with minimal oversight.
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies to develop high-quality assets and compelling copy.
- Proven track record of high performance and productivity; capable of delivering results with minimal supervision while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and problem-solving excellence.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
