About the Job: As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large, complex, and high-risk projects from pursuit through closeout. You are fully accountable for safety, financial performance, schedule execution, and customer satisfaction. This role requires advanced leadership, deep crane and rigging expertise, and experience managing outages, turnarounds, and major projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for complex and major projects.
  • Lead detailed project planning, execution strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Manage outage and turnaround schedules, sequencing, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee project estimates, staffing plans, equipment utilization, and subcontractor management.
  • Approve job cost reports, cash flow projections, and negotiate change orders.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on project performance and risk.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support business development efforts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Crane and rigging experience required; outage and turnaround experience; complex/major project experience
  • Extensive experience with crane and rigging operations on complex projects.
  • Proven success managing outages, turnarounds, and large industrial projects.
  • Strong contract negotiation and financial management skills.
  • MP certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% annually and obtain access to government or industrial sites.

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience
