  • Senior Project Manager

    Job Summary

    Lead complex projects from inception to completion, delivering exceptional outcomes while building strong client relationships and fostering collaborative team environments. Drive project planning, budget management, and quality control while implementing innovative project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Delivery & Management

    • Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations
    • Monitor project finances, implement cost control measures, and provide accurate forecasts throughout project lifecycle

    Stakeholder & Team Leadership

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and empowering high performance
    • Ensure exceptional team engagement through effective leadership and clear direction

    Continuous Improvement & Innovation

    • Identify and implement process enhancements and innovative project management practices
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies
    • Champion best practices and lessons learned across the organization
    Required Skills

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
    • 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry

    Technical Competencies

    • Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
    • Expertise in project planning, budget management, and quality control processes
    • Understanding of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

    Core Competencies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
    • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
    Preferred Skills
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
    • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
    • Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies
    • Experience implementing emerging technologies in project delivery
    Working Conditions

    Professional office and project site environment with flexibility required for site visits, client meetings, and project demands. Position offers opportunities for career growth and advancement within a collaborative, global organization.

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
