Senior Project Manager-Remote US
Job Description:
In this role, you will collaborate with prominent companies spanning industries such as Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Medical Devices. You will assume responsibility for leading consulting teams in client engagements that may influence global business practices. Utilizing technologies including ALM and PLM, you will help clients integrate contemporary innovations to meet future objectives.
Your team comprises Architects and Consultants at multiple levels who collaborate on projects of diverse scale and complexity. You will engage closely with the broader Customer Success organization, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support to ensure proper definition and development of project scope, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
- Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
Requirements:
- Requires 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be a US Citizen
Nice to have:
- PMP certification
- Experience with PLM, or ALM, implementations
Skills and knowledge:
