Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage large interior fit-out projects end-to-end, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Project Management Plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource planning, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost estimation, cash flow tracking, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and margins.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, identify risks/delays, and implement mitigation and contingency plans proactively.
• Lead and supervise project delivery teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Conduct bid management activities including RFPs, bid analysis, contractor evaluation, and recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure communication plans are effectively implemented.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, leases, drawings, specifications, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Manage project documentation governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely updates of all project-related information.
• Identify business development opportunities and support proposal preparation and client engagement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure optimal team performance and utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (BE/B.Arch).
• 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably with developers or project management consultants (PMC).
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale projects independently, including handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, contracts, leases, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and strong ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, stakeholder coordination, and client relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and commercial management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex project scenarios.
