Responsible for leading and delivering key Automotive Trade Parts programs. You will have full accountability for achieving project objectives, maintaining top-tier client relationships, and managing a team. Through data-driven decision-making and process optimization, you will ensure the program's market leadership and achieve dual success in both business performance and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery: Lead the achievement of project KPIs, responsible for performance analysis, reporting, and improvement. Establish governance processes, resolve operational issues, ensure quality and compliance, and drive innovation and best practices.
Client Relationship & Strategy: Act as the primary client interface to maintain high satisfaction levels. Develop business plans, build business cases, and support strategic planning to maintain market competitiveness.
Team Leadership: Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 10 members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the quality of team training.
Project-Specific Duties:
Provide regular updates to the National Sales Company (NSC) in accordance with the project RACI matrix.
Provide regular updates and support to the MSXI Global Delivery Lead following established reporting guidelines.
Proactively drive the project team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
