The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of projects related to supply chain.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Under general direction, and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines
- Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements
- Manages extended operations team project resources. Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions
- Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met
- Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables
- Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities
- Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks.
- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Associate’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- PhD Degree
Preferred:
- Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply Chain
Preferred:
- 3-5 years in a medical device or related business preferred

Environmental, Health and Safety

- Measure safety performance and hold persons accountable for activities and results.
- Ensure that incidents are investigated to determine root cause, and that corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure employees wear required protective equipment.
- Ensure EHS inspections are conducted monthly and corrective actions are implemented.
