Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of projects related to supply chain.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Under general direction, and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• The Senior Project Manager, NPI Ops will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of supply chain projects, including introduction of new products and transfers of existing project lines
• Acts as subject matter expert in the fields of operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements
• Manages extended operations team project resources.  Forecasts resource needs, proactively identifies resource issues, and works with leadership to identify solutions
• Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities.  Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met
• Demonstrates an understanding of business partner’s needs and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables
• Coordinates and communicates with business partners to ensure the alignment of plan objectives to activities
• Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks.
• Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Performs other duties assigned as needed              

Qualifications

Education:

• High School or Equivalent
• Associate’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree
• PhD Degree

Preferred:

• Business Management or technical discipline with an emphasis on Operations / Supply Chain 

Preferred:

• 3-5 years in a medical device or related business preferred

Environmental, Health and Safety

• Ensure EHS inspections are conducted monthly and corrective actions are implemented.
