As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. You will operate as a trusted partner to our clients, building long term, credibility based relationships that underpin successful delivery.

Tasks and Qualifications:Project Leadership & Integration
Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, strategic automation projects across EMEA.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organisational strategy.
Develop robust project governance, business cases, and project charters to secure stakeholder alignment.
Build integrated project plans using advanced project management tools and methodologies.
Schedule & Resource Management
Lead and motivate high‑performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Develop resource plans to ensure optimal utilisation across multiple concurrent projects.
Monitor progress, manage critical paths, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and budget.
Ensure seamless integration of interdependent tasks and activities.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Develop communication plans that ensure clarity, transparency, and proactive engagement.
Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
Facilitate project meetings and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract & Vendor Management
Support negotiation of complex vendor and supplier contracts.
Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Oversee change orders, contract modifications, and documentation processes.
Financial & Risk Management
Develop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value delivery.
Track costs, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
Lead structured problem‑solving efforts to maintain project momentum.
Experience & Qualifications
8–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
Proven success delivering large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional projects with strategic impact.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
PMP certification highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually), including across EMEA to customer sites and meetings.
