We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end development of new branches across all brands. This role is highly strategic — ideal for someone who enjoys big-picture thinking, cost control, and complex problem solving, while leading strong execution teams.
🎯 What You’ll DoLead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects, from planning to handover.
Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
Manage and align cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Location Analyst.
Drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues.
Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges.
Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans.
>5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in multi-site development, construction, expansion, or facilities.
Strong background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors.
Excellent problem-solving mindset — calm, structured, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across different brands or locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
