Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for security technology? Unlimited Technologies is looking for a full-time Project Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role involves managing both technicians and projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations.

Project Planning and Execution:
- Manage and help develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Monitor and track progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage budgets, conduct revenue forecasting, and oversee invoicing and collections processes with precision and expertise.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum.
- Manage project dependencies and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Oversee and coordinate projects across multiple locations, necessitating occasional travel to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and sales teams to align project objectives with business goals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients to ensure project success.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
- Manage and monitor resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage sub contractors and internal labor to complete projects.
Project Quality and Delivery:
- Establish and enforce project management best practices and standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective change management processes to address project scope changes and requirements.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction, actively participating in meetings, surveying project progress, and addressing their needs throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project alignment.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks.
- Address stakeholder concerns promptly, seeking resolutions that maintain client satisfaction.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, within the physical security or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification preferred but not required
- Ability to be onsite 75% in Miami, West Palm Beach, FL
