We are now looking for a person for the position of Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team of project managers and direct cooperation with stakeholders; 

• Responsibility for comprehensive planning, management and implementation of projects and processes from A to Z; 

• Close cooperation with the Management Board and the Company's Clients in the field of strategic projects; 

• Collaboration with business and regional/global teams; 

• Reporting, presenting recommendations based on the obtained data; 

• Conducting workshops, moderating the expectations and priorities of key stakeholders/customers, leading to decisions.

 Our expectations: 

• Experience in working in the area of project/change/team management: minimum 3 years; 

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; 

• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (in particular: Excel and Power Point); 

• Knowledge of requirements management tools; 

• Fluent knowledge of English - at a level enabling running projects in international teams (meetings, workshops, communication); 

• Communication skills, ability to maintain long-term relationships, willingness to constantly learn and discover new tools and methods; 

• Nice to have: experience in working using agile methodologies (scrum, kanban); 

• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment; 

• Good work organization; 

• Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
