Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Global Business Solutions Center and support Global Brand Strategy & Innovation operations. This position requires a highly collaborative individual with strong process and project management skills with the ability to coordinate global relationships across multiple functional areas, third party providers and regional leaders.
Role• Support the Global Innovation & Insights team with intake, pipeline management, implementation, and reporting of critical innovation projects.• Lead the end-to-end coordination of key internal project members within the Marketing, Tech, and Product, among others.• Gather and consolidate project updates from workstream leads for weekly updates to Project sponsorships/leadership and steering committee members.• Act as a key liaison between Global Marketing, technical project managers, and 3rd party teams, flagging and escalating key risks and dependencies with projects as they progress.• Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones• Develop, run and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project team members• Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables• Provide insights to enhance processes and tooling, support implementation best practices and process improvements derived from identifying areas of weakness and strategizing improvements• Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Strong & proven experience in large-scale, cross-functional initiatives• Familiarity with Agile methodology, design thinking, and software development lifecycle• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word• Solid understanding and experience working on platforms like Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, etc.• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.• Understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies is a plus
