Senior Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Sr. Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across several Group BUs. This role operates in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment involving senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and multiple external partners, requiring strong ownership, and the ability to drive demanding timelines through to successful delivery.
Job Description
Project Delivery
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and preparation through implementation and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and execution timelines, ensuring on-time completion.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation actions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Provide structured project updates to executive stakeholders.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate external partners, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet agreed expectations and timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance and proactively address execution gaps.
Budget & Reporting
- Track project budgets, commitments, and cost evolution against approved plans.
- Prepare structured reporting, dashboards, and executive progress updates using Excel and project tracking tools.
Execution & Ownership
- Drive execution with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring progress across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Maintain strong ownership and accountability while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management roles delivering complex cross-functional projects.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing large-scale or high-visibility strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder and vendor-driven environments end-to-end.
- Strong ability to drive timelines, push deliverables, and ensure execution discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and ownership mindset.
- Fluency in English.
