Your Impact:

The senior Account Manager leads a team responsible for driving publisher retention and long-term growth. This role combines strategic account leadership, technical fluency, and people management, serving as the primary bridge between our publisher partners and Product, Growth, and Support teams.   

Key Responsibilities:  

 

Publisher Growth & Account Ownership:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts, with accountability for retention, product rollout, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to publishers, providing strategic guidance on monetization, optimization, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Lead regular optimization sessions and business reviews to drive performance improvements and secure renewals.
  • Support commercial negotiations and renewal processes.

People Management & Team Development:

  • Manage and develop Publisher Growth Account Managers, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for publisher optimization, renewals, and ongoing account management.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all publisher accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Planning:

  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Support, Sales, and Operations to align publisher strategy with company objectives.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning related to publisher growth and retention.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility for publisher-driven revenue streams.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex publisher or internal issues.

 

We are looking for someone who:
 

  • Brings 8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships, including 3+ years in people management.
  • Demonstrates proven success driving retention, renewals, and growth across strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Possesses experience in digital publishing, ad tech, media, or SaaS platforms.
  • Exhibits strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into optimization and growth actions.
  • Showcases excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communicates fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
