This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager

A Project Management Office (PMO) is a management structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. PMO also operates at strategic level working with the leadership team to provide support on project portfolio management best practices, provides coordination of projects/programs across functional areas, and drives continuous improvements.

Responsibilities: 

Project Management

  • Interact with projects sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features

  • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

  • Create, maintain, and disseminate program/project information to stakeholders

  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the operational and tactical levels.

Systems Related Support (Operational and Strategic Level)

  • Provide proper operational support for Monday.com and cross-functional coordinations to other related systems (SFDC, Tableau) to enable PS to run the business  smoothly.

  • Maximize ROI on Monday.com implementation to be able to support PS business in scalable and alignment with current and future PS business needs.

  • Provide coordinations with IT and other relevant stakeholders on acceptable turnaround time for the business requirements and delivery of PS IT Tickets for development projects.

Process Creation and Updates

  • Collaborate with the PS team to create and refine internal processes that support Professional Services and improve operational efficiency.

  • Outline and document key workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a communication bridge between the PS team and cross-functional teams, ensuring relevant updates and changes are disseminated effectively.

  • Draft and distribute process updates and other internal communications to keep the PS team informed of changes and best practices.

Gap Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze current workflows and tools to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize knowledge sharing and process adherence.

  • Work closely with PS leadership and other stakeholders to assess needs and address inefficiencies in process documentation.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:  

  • 2–3 years of experience in Professional Services operations, including billing, forecasting, and performance metrics within UCaaS and CCaaS environments.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using project management tools, preferably Monday.com; experience with Smartsheet or similar tools is a plus.

  • Proven experience in process creation, documentation, and improvement. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 

  • Excellent communication skills.  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Solid understanding of the RingCentral products and familiarity with the Professional Services team’s functions and roles.

  • Proven experience in process creation, documentation, and knowledge management.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.

  • Experience and discipline to incorporate Quality Assurance practices in all deliverables.

  • Prior experience in Professional Services or similar client-facing roles.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com at the administrative level.

  • Understanding of operations of Professional Service organization, including: revenue and bookings; budgeting and forecasting; billing and accruals; planning and monitoring performance indicators

  • Strong technical background in integration projects linking various systems (such as Monday.com, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.), ensuring data integrity, technical feasibility, and operational efficiency

  • Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and conducting team training sessions.
