We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team, a leading company operating across various sectors, including the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, with a presence in multiple countries. The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects across the Group, including application-driven and functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, involved teams, and project outcomes, while guaranteeing delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity technology and systems projects
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and deliver projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and strategic objectives
- Define project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and success KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional, multidisciplinary internal teams and international external partners
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, functional areas, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
- Lead application and functional projects, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into high-quality deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Ensure regular stakeholder communication and preparation of progress and status reports
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices and project management methodologies
- Support change management processes and the adoption of implemented solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a similar field
- 4–5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly application, ERP, or systems implementation projects
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and priority management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong ability to interact with both business and technology stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Availability to travel
Nice to Have - Experience in medium to large corporate environments
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master
- Experience with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, INFOR, C4C, SuccessFactors)
- Experience in the implementation of systems such as ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, or similar
