The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a highly visible and fast paced program. Join our team and make a difference! As a Senior Project Manager you will:

    Leads and oversees complex technical programs from initiation through execution, supporting exploitation, forensic, biometrics, and advanced capability development efforts.
    Directs cross-functional technical teams performing system analysis, characterization, testing, and documentation in high-tempo environments.
    Provides programmatic leadership across planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of mission-critical technical initiatives.
    Oversees operational and technical workflows supporting reverse engineering, system exploitation, and specialized analysis activities.
    Serves as primary interface to government stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and mission success.
     Drives continuous improvement across processes, performance, and technical execution.
 

Responsibilities:
   Manage schedule, risk, and performance across multiple technical workstreams.
   Guide teams conducting exploitation, forensic analysis, system characterization, and advanced technical support.
   Coordinate domestic and deployed operations in support of mission requirements.
   Lead customer communication, briefings, and issue resolution.
   Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance management, and team development.
   Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory, quality, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM or related field preferred) and 10+ years of DoD/federal program management experience           
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams supporting exploitation, forensics, biometrics, laboratory, or advanced capability programs           
  • Strong program execution skills across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management           
  • Proven ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams to solve complex mission problems           
  • Experience operating in high-tempo or high-threat environments       

Desired:

  • Comfort working across emerging technologies and evolving mission requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in complex technical environments
  • Experience with compliance, accreditation, or quality frameworks in technical or laboratory settings (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
