We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Asset Management and Projects team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of complex projects across Australia that combine engineering and service execution, ensuring they’re completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering behind-the-meter storage and generation projects and enjoys working hands-on to drive outcomes.

• Lead and manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.

• Ensure all projects comply with our safety and quality standards.

• Provide clear project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and the internal team.

• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our project processes.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the energy or engineering sector.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating teams.

• A practical mindset that balances hands-on project work with strategic thinking.

• Enthusiasm for working in a mid-sized project environment with lots of variety.

• A willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.

Qualifications and Licences (Desirable)

• Electrical trade or engineering qualifications

• Exposure to solar and/or battery storage projects

• CEC accreditation advantageous.
