Why this role exists (and why you’ll like it)

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning multiple post-acquisition client technology migration and integration projects concurrently.
  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering migration milestones into the First Focus tech stack on time, with clear and current documentation.
  • Keeping project plans, risks, dependencies, and decision logs accurate and easy to follow.
  • Managing competing priorities calmly as timelines compress and scope evolves.
  • Tracking actions closely and making sure follow-ups actually happen, not just get discussed.
  • Running structured, effective project meetings that focus on decisions and next steps.
  • Building strong working relationships with acquired business leadership, engineering teams, and senior executives.
  • Tracking costs against forecast and flagging risks or optimisation opportunities early.
  • Keeping delivery moving even when information is incomplete, messy, or changing quickly.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for
  • A highly organised Senior Project Manager who knows how to simplify complex integrations without losing control.
  • Someone calm, resilient, and practical under pressure.
  • A strong owner of outcomes who follows through and holds timelines and people accountable.
  • A clear, confident communicator who can work comfortably with engineers, executives, and business owners.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience tracking costs against forecast and identifying delivery efficiencies.
  • Strong MSP experience, ideally with large-scale client technology migrations or acquisition integration exposure.
  • Confidence to push back when needed and keep delivery focused on what actually matters.
