About the Role:

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and milestones are met
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations across all project activities
  • Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns promptly
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs, progress reports, and dashboards, and implement improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and outcomes
  • Resolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges effectively to prevent delays and cost overruns
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to streamline workflows and approvals
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and compliance records, for transparency and audit purposes
  • Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across projects

About You:

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s degree in project management (PMP certification preferred)
  • 12 to 15 Years & above of relevant experience
  • Should have completed at least 8 - 10 institutional/University/residential along with infra works projects end to end during the tenure
  • Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
