The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, efficient workflow management, and a basic knowledge of the art world to understand our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
- Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
- Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
- Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel).
- Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Apply art market knowledge to align with project goals.

Requirements
- 6–7 years of proven project management experience with complex projects and large teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge and interest in the art world.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
