As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex, business-critical IT projects within Global Blue. You will lead projects from planning to closure, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and adherence to corporate project management standards.

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Drive project scoping and setup in close collaboration with project owners and stakeholders
Manage and guide internal and external project teams
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status reports
Resolve project-related conflicts with a solution-oriented approach
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management methodologies
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:
5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
Proven ability to work with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment
Strong understanding of heterogeneous IT environments and software development processes
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Professional interaction with executives, managers, and subject matter experts

Hybrid Work Model:
Base location: Hungary (Budapest area) or Slovakia (Bratislava area)
Regular commuting to Vienna: every 2 weeks
Ramp-up phase: more frequent presence in Vienna (first month: 2–3 days/week)
