We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Denver team and lead transformative enterprise technology initiatives. You’ll oversee large-scale ERP and CRM implementations—primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365—while partnering with clients across industries to deliver impactful solutions. You thrive in complex environments, bring clarity to ambiguity, and excel at aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals. A Day in the Life:
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-phase ERP and CRM implementations—primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365—across diverse client environments
- Drive strategic project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and guiding decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Champion project health through proactive risk management, change control, and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure post-implementation success through performance tracking, stakeholder feedback, and optimization recommendations
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale IT projects, with a strong emphasis on ERP and CRM implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Proven success managing full lifecycle projects—from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live support
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, and D365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement
- Strong background in application development or systems integration, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and driving consensus across diverse teams
- Expertise in risk mitigation, change management, agile/waterfall methodologies, and other methodologies that are not standard
