- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

- Ensuring compliance with our project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in traditional project management methodologies. PRINCE2 and PMP are a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is also required.
- Advanced competency in the Critical Path Method, covering elements like task dependencies and Gantt charts.
- A solid track record in both risk management and team leadership.
- Highly proficient with Jira and Google Spreadsheets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
