Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all phases of project development from conceptualization to implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and communication strategies.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to assertively define project requirements and expectations.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and tools.
- Regularly assess project progress, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to clients and executive leadership.
- Identifying potential project risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, encouraging open communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Execute post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly within the technology or software sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale projects with varying complexities.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and software tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and effectively.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.
